@Vincent: Clearspace est effctivement tres alléchant. J’ai voulu le faire adopter par mon ancien patron, mais le budget l’a fait reculer …

@Vincemobile: je partage ton avis sur les microblog, mais l’utilisation de wikis et de blogs en interne est censé réduire le nombre d’emails … (sauf si on s’abonne a ces wikis et blogs par emails evidemment, mais je n’ai jamais compris l’utilité de cette action)

Sur l’aspect Wiki je suis en train d’essayer de lancer ça sur le suivi de comptes clients afin de rassembler : veille, CR, notes… Mais j’ai l’impression que les gens sont peu conscients des gains de productivité éventuels.

Pour le micro-blogging, je ne suis pas vraiment convaincu. La plupart des managers sont déjà des crackberries, incapables de trier l’information, submergés par 500 à 1000 mails/jours. Ajouté un flux d’information en plus, est-ce bien raisonnable ?

Chez nous (ArcelorMittal) nous utilisons les wikis pour les compte rendu de réunion (tapés en live). Après la réunion on envoi un mail avec le lien vers la page wiki. Chaque semaine on note sur une nouvelle page les infos clés (highlights). Les outils web 2.0 commencent donc à faire leur chemin lentement mais sûrement. Là où ça reste compliqué c’est sur l’adoption de ces outils pour la collaboration globale. J’ai vu ce que Jive Software propose (Clearspace) et je me suis dis : si seulement on adoptait ça pour accélerer la communication transversale…

Je verrais une application supplémentaire pour le microblog en entreprise, c’est une sorte de compte-rendu live des réunions qui permette de suivre les réunions auxquelles on n’assiste pas. Soit pour savoir ce qui s’est dit dans un format un peu mois formel qu’un compte-rendu de réunion papier, soit pour savoir à quel moment on doit se joindre à la réunion quand plusieurs sujets sont traités au cours d’une même session.
